The two Cougars Pee Wee AA squads played in Vacaville as game two of CAHA Weekend #2, with the 98AA cruising to a 9-4 victory. For a fleeting moment, the 99's were in the game and actually holding a 2-1 lead. But the big brothers caught up to the 99s - all 11 of them (10 skaters and one goalie, as two injuries and two illnesses held four players out of the game).
There wasn't much rough stuff in this one - a cleanly played game with only two penalties, both against the 99s. And these four goals turned out to be the entire 99s scoring for the weekend.
