November 2 (2nd of two games)
The second meeting of these teams in 6 hours was almost all Cougars. In the first period Rickey Niday scored with Stanton Turner getting the first of two assists. In the second period Matt Shepherd scored with assists to Gropp & West. In the third period defenseman Maxx Marlinski got two assists on goals for Turner and Kelson. This was Alex Kelson's first goal of the season. Derek White also scored in the third period with Lynch getting the helper. Goalie Mario Retana made 15 saves in this 5-1 win.
