Players - First, great job on coming back from a hard first period. Just goes to show all of you that we're never out of a game. Don't get down if we get behind, just look at it as a challenge to get back in it. You just have to dig deeper.

The past few games is exactly what I have been trying to tell all of you. It's looking like other Peewee B teams are stepping up in our division and if we do not, we are going to be out. Each of you needs to think about what you are doing well, and find a way to do it better. Think about what you are not doing well, and let's fix it. It may be hard work, but that's what this level of hockey is all about.

Lets get it together boys & girls.

Parents - I need to ask you not to try to communicate with the players during the game. I want their total focus on what the coaches telling them and on the game. If you can't control the temptation, please move away from the bench area.

Again, it is my decision that kids who are not in shape to play, or I feel might get hurt, will get limited ice time. There is no rule about equal ice time in travel hockey (THIS IS NOT IN-HOUSE).
